Mukherjee says India to respond to Pak questions when ready



NEW DELHI, Feb 17 (P D N): Indian External Affairs Minister Pranab Mukherjee said on Tuesday India will give reply to questions raised by Pakistan when it will be ready.
However, he refused to give the timeline for such response.
“As and when we will be ready,” Mukherjee said when asked by mediapersons on India’s respond here.
Similarly, he also evaded a direct reply when asked whether the BJP has been “frustrated” by the Congress government taking away the terror issue from it by dealing with the situation in the aftermath of the Mumbai carnage.
“What has been achieved is before the eyes of the people. They will comment,” he said.
Earlier, India had said New Delhi would respond to Pakistan’s questions after examining them.
